HomeBody
Track your body, privately.
Strength training, a recomposition, recovering from an injury, or just wanting to see the last six months clearly — SeeMyChange keeps the photos aligned so the change is easy to see, without turning it into a number.
What people track here
People use a Body journey for all kinds of reasons: a training block, a slow recomposition, posture after starting a new routine, or just wanting an honest photo record instead of relying on memory. SeeMyChange doesn't weigh you, measure you, or score your progress — it aligns two photos so you can see the difference yourself.
How SeeMyChange helps
Capture
Stand in the same spot, and an on-screen guide shows you roughly where your last photo was taken from.
Align
SeeMyChange lines the new photo up with your reference — same framing, same distance — before you compare anything.
Compare
Slide between two dates, or scrub through the whole timeline from your first photo to your latest.
Questions
Does SeeMyChange track my weight or measurements?
No. It's a visual record only — no scale integration, no body measurements, no health scoring. You just see two aligned photos side by side.
Who can see my Body journey?
Only you, by default. Photos stay encrypted on your device and are never uploaded anywhere unless you turn on encrypted backup to your own Google Drive, or explicitly publish one sanitized photo to the optional Community feed.
